Dr. Beaf This is some great electronic music, and another example of Australia pinching fine NZ muso's. I find it really surprising these guys aren't getting the attention they deserve as this release is full of texture, beats, synth's and general appeal. Maybe they should've called themselves 'Good Blocks' for marketing purposes? Favorite track: Weekday.

Bad Blocks (formerly known as South City Sushi Cop) are Daniel Neeve and Hamish Lang—a two-piece electronic band from Wellington, New Zealand, who currently reside in Melbourne, Australia. The "Weekday EP" was originally self-released by the band via Bandcamp in September 2012, and is now being re-released, world-wide by Stars & Letters on April 1 2014.
